Lead Pastor | Donavon Hill

Donavon is a church planter with a passion for reaching those far from God.  His unique spiritual insight as a teacher and singer/songwriter has opened doors for him to minister around the world.  In 2007, he and his wife of 21 years, Valerie, began a Bible study in their living room that became the genesis of LifePoint Church.

Together, with their three children, Caleb, Elizabeth and Alexander, they have travelled extensively and in 1998, they planted Way of Life Community Church in Bel Air, Maryland.  They live in Prairieville.

Staff Pastor | Dewaine Parker

Dewaine Parker is a dynamic speaker and insightful teacher.  After attending seminary, he served at churches in Louisiana and New York and has travelled extensively preaching and teaching.  As a Microsoft Certified Professional, he also owns and operates Capital Point of Sale.  Dewaine lives in Prairieville with his wife of 15 years, Stephanie, and his three children, Jared, Angela and Annie.

Student Pastor | Justin Richardson

Justin is a gifted artist who serves at LifePoint in student ministry, music, technology and creative design.  He is a California native who relocated to the Chicagoland area where he worked in church evangelism marketing and student ministry and attended Indiana University for Fine Arts.  As a printmaker, photographer, and graphic artist, he owns and operates Warn Rich Design Group.  Justin lives in Prairieville with his wife of 10 years, Dana, and their two children, Avys and Eden.
